There are no pictures of the morning views. On the ground floor, they would simply be that of the parking lot beyond our nearly floor to ceiling curtains. That's ok. We had a wonderful sleep.
Bill successfully finished off a Full Irish this morning, while I dipped into Eggs Benedict.
We wasted no time getting ready for another walk, back to Killarney Gardens to explore a little further than we did yesterday. We found this interesting sign on our way about the Red Deer.
This photo was taken from the second floor of Killarney House.
There weren't a lot of tourists around today, so we started having fun with my phone camera.
Not the best focus, but it was my first try.
Something we have both remarked about all throught Ireland was the absolute cleanliness, especially here at the Killarney House estate.

More photo fun along River Road.
We were graced with views of three Red Deer, but they wouldn't smile for the camera.
Two groups of Ecology students from a nearby college were on a field trip. They were examining what type of bugs were in the water to determine how healthy the water was.
Ross Castle is so pretty along the Lough Leane.
Row boats can be rented to go out on the lake.
When we started our hike nearly two weeks ago, we went along the left side of the Lough Leane, up into those mountains.
As we had walked to Ross Castle, we had a wonderful visit about everything from shoes to golf with Jeff and Amy from Houston.
A little Irish knowledge - James told us that Dublin residents call the country people "cultchies" and everyone calls those from Dublin "Jackites". Neither are a compliment.
The evening wound down quickly.
In total, we walked just over 10km today. Yes, we had multiple stops, talking with people on the trail, but it was an absolutely perfect day, and I am still amazed at Bill's accomplishment. When we returned to the hotel, Bill had a short nap while I blogged for all our readers. 😂
Kayne's Bar, here at the hotel, is quiet and serves great food, so we went to our favorite table. Oh, look! Another Guiness! Bill opted for a 0% beer because he is still on antibiotics.
The special tonight was a traditional bangers and mash with black pudding and gravy. It sure hit the spot!
We shared a berry crisp for dessert.
